The title Magnum Opus draws inspiration from the alchemical Great Work, symbolizing the journey toward wholeness and self-realization. It reflects not only the creative act of making art but also the inner process of transmuting raw, unconscious material into meaning and understanding. Each painting becomes a crucible for this transformation, where dream symbols come alive, inviting viewers to navigate their own inner labyrinths.

The figures in my works are often depicted with eyes closed or veiled, suspended between revelation and mystery. Their stillness mirrors the delicate tension of introspection, the push and pull between the desire to uncover hidden truths and the instinct to protect the self. This state of ambiguity reflects the profound vulnerability inherent in the act of inner exploration—the simultaneous connection to and separation from the outer world.
